Official Sonoma County criminal records must be requested from the government office that keeps them. The contacts below distinguish Sheriff reports and detention files from Superior Court case records, California DOJ summary history, and city police reports. This private reference site cannot receive or process those requests.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated reference site cannot retrieve official records, conduct background checks, correct or remove records, or accept California expungement filings. The responsible public office must handle each request.

  • Your California summary history: request fingerprint-based Record Review from the California Department of Justice
  • Expungement or record sealing: file through the Superior Court that handled the case
  • California Megan's Law information: use the official state registry
